The Integrated Social Development program has been responsible for providing six preschools with twelve teachers, who have been given specialist training in Montessori practise. The children’ receive exceptional care at these schools, with all meals provided throughout the day.

Previously, there were no qualified teachers, libraries, or study facilities at home, and school drop outs in the village were due to financial difficulties. With the introduction of the IFOAM social development program, the organic tea community was provided with preschools, computer studies, library, after school care, and facilities for higher education.
